These Terms and Conditions describe the use of The Everything Edit website, educational programs, services, and optional SMS program. The Everything Edit is operated by The Everything Edit, LLC. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Everything Edit, LLC.

Our educational services

The Everything Edit provides educational resources and guided support to help participants create a system they can use in their lives. Our programs are educational and are not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical treatment. Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

Program content does not replace individualized medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and how you apply the material.

Enrollment and payments

The program description and checkout information provided at enrollment identify the included services, program fee, and available payment options. Please review those details before purchasing. If you select a payment plan, the payment amounts and schedule shown at checkout apply, subject to the Do It Guarantee below and applicable law.

The Do It Guarantee

Our Do It Guarantee is a participation-based guarantee. If you complete all program calls, complete the workbook, and complete all included one-on-one calls, but finish the program without a completed system you can use, you are eligible for a full refund of the program fee.

To request a refund under this guarantee, email [email protected]. Include your name, the program you enrolled in, confirmation that you completed the required calls and workbook, and an explanation of what remains incomplete in your system. We will review your request with you against these participation requirements.

This guarantee concerns completing the program with a usable system. It does not promise a particular life outcome, income level, business result, relationship change, health improvement, or other personal result. Individual experiences vary.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other rights you may have under applicable law.

Program materials

Unless otherwise stated, our workbooks, lessons, recordings, and other program materials are owned by The Everything Edit, LLC or used with permission. Your enrollment allows you to use the materials for your own personal purposes. You may not resell, publish, or distribute them without written permission.

Respectful participation

Please participate respectfully in calls and shared program spaces. Do not share another participant’s personal information or contributions outside the program without their permission. Please do not submit confidential health information through general inquiry or booking forms.

SMS program terms

The Everything Edit, LLC, operating as The Everything Edit, offers optional text messages. With non-marketing consent, messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and support responses. With separate marketing consent, messages include program announcements, enrollment opportunities, and special offers.

SMS consent is optional, collected separately for marketing and non-marketing messages, and is not a condition of purchase or booking. Providing a phone number alone does not authorize texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan. By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any text from us. We will send an unsubscribe confirmation, then stop sending SMS messages. To rejoin, complete our SMS opt-in process again.

Third-party services

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Updates will not retroactively reduce the Do It Guarantee provided at the time of your enrollment.
